These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rankify platform ("Service") operated by Rankify ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Description of service
Rankify provides a web-based platform that connects to your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console properties (with read-only OAuth access) and generates analytics dashboards and white-label PDF reports. We may update, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your workspace.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access GA4 or Search Console data you are not authorized to access.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's source code.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Overload or interfere with our infrastructure or the Google APIs we use.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
5. Google API and user data
Rankify accesses Google services on your behalf using read-only OAuth scopes you explicitly authorize. Your use of the Service is subject to Google's Terms of Service. Rankify's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
6. Fees and billing
- The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our discretion.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual property
Rankify and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including all software, design, and content. You retain ownership of the data you upload or provide, including report notes, logos, and keyword lists. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data retrieved from Google APIs will be accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure unless required by law to retain it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
